Over 30 Years Serving Jackson County Risa L. Hall was raised on her family farm in Siskiyou County. Risa learned to ski on Mt. Ashland and attended Southern Oregon University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in 2003. After graduating from Willamette University School of Law in Salem Oregon, Risa relocated to Southern Oregon to work as an associate for a Law Firm in Grants Pass for 5 years.
